The Compensation:
Base Salary - $90, 000
Job Description:
Managing 12-bed intermediate care unit.
Services patients with primarily acute respiratory conditions and ventilator beds.
Also, the intermediate care staff approximately thirty.
Clinical and leadership skills to run the daily unit operations.
Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills to motivate and promote staff development!
An integral partner to our other departments.
An advocate in promoting our structure of shared governance!
The Ideal Candidate
3 years of Nursing Management Experience Required
In an intensive care, intermediate care, cardiology or emergency department setting.
Minimum Education -
Bachelor's Degree in(Nursing)
